First, they had 2 guys in black jeans & T-shirts for the cars driven by women. And the "girls" weren't models, they were ladies, and they were dressed like ladies. Classy black dresses and pretty smiles! Beats the hell out of ridiculous YouTube videos that highlight grid girls by zooming in on parts other than the face. Anyway, agree completely about the issue, and wouldn't mind seeing them go away, because it would be 1 less example of a general societal problem that exists throughout the world, both in and out of sport.John Meyer, AF4JMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16509554082079909742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8021185839938940435.post-67526282534223855472015-04-03T18:21:02.409-06:002015-04-03T18:21:02.409-06:00I love this, Shea. I started writing a mystery series about a female driver because I met women like you who where an active part of the racing world for reasons other than their looks. I wanted to provide another role model, even if a fictional one. Keep up the good work and the thoughtful commentary!Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01033264133869966636noreply@blogger.com
